All Bullseye Fans,
With the slow down in the growth of the sport of 'darts' due in part to pubs taking out
their dart boards and promoting the, 'theme pub cocktail image'. Fewer youngsters, boys
and girls taking up darts. TV Broadcasters are giving less and less television time to
darts. I am trying hard to get, Bullseye Back on ITV. The show is not just a great
family show but it helps promote the sport of darts to a massive television audience and
helps to keep the interest in darts alive. Hopefully it will encourage youngsters to take
up playing darts. To get Bullseye back on ITV the powers at the ITV Network Centre need to
be convinced that there is a demand for the show before they will even consider brining
Bullseye back. This is where you can be a great help to me in my endeavours to get the
show back on ITV. If you go to Links Page on my website http://bullseyeonline.net
you will see that both Alan Warriner and John Lowe to name but 2 have made a reciprocal
sites.
If you would be so kind and add a link from your site to my site as have http://www.marchdarts.co.uk or as Alan Warriner has
done on his Home Page on his web site web http://theiceman.com
it will be a tremendous help to my campaign to get the show back on ITV. I will if you
agree do a reciprocal link with your site. Please e-mail your URL to my webmaster sheila.handley@blueyonder.co.uk I average
over 1,000 hits a week on my site.
Hi Bullseye Fans,
Would you like to see a new series of Bullseye with a new host back on the ITV Network? If
your answer is a big 'Yes' then please visit my web site, http://www.bullseyeonline.net
The Home Page will explain how you can really help make it happen, hopefully.
If ITV do, 'Bring Back Bullseye' and you, your dart team players or customers, men and
women would like to be a contestant on the show be sure and tell ITV that, if and when you
write to ITV. If you or they do get on the show as a contestant, the host always
asks the name of the league, team or the name of the pub where you play and you will get a
nice plug.
In the mean time you can watch repeats of Bullseye on Challenge TV week day evenings at
8.30 pm Monday to Friday.
Once again thank you for your support over the past years. It is really appreciated.
With best wishes.
Yours sincerely,
Andrew Wood
